Observation:

Guys never notice differences in their friend's appearance unless the difference is too obvious (like a very poor haircut that leaves the scalp like a partially mowed lawn). But with girls, it's not the case... Try walking to your friend who is a girl (the phrase girl friend avoided for obvious reasons) with a small stain on your shirt which is usually unnoticeable. Chances are that you would get caught within the first couple of minutes.

Care:

Guys try their best to be caring but come on... they are not designed for that! Girls often tend to care more than what you want them to and often that makes them question every 10-15 seconds about your wellness. If you are down with fever and you let your best friend who is a girl (quite funny to type) know, chances are that you'll end upanswering the phone at least 20 times that day!

Childishness:

Almost everyone has some childishness in him/her. The famous quote "There is no point growing up if you cannot be a child at times" is an illustration of that fact. However, the proportion of girls I've observed to be childish is much higher than what I observed in guys!

Talking:

Even the most silent girl is highly talkative within her group. With guys a reserved guy is a reserved guy wherever he is but with girls, a reserved girl acts differently when she is with her friends and when she is in a larger gang.

Possessiveness:

I might be generalizing a bit too much here. But many girls are possessive about their friends and belongings! At least that is my observation.

Gossip:

A girl who stays at home knows much more than a guy who is hanging out most of the day!

Independently dependent:

Girls seem to depend on someone way too much either emotionally or personally but at the same time they easily switch preferences. Someone who was inevitable a couple of years back becomes a good friend today and a good contact tomorrow. At any point, a person who shows a lot of interest on her is always considered the best by a girl! Again, may be I'm generalizing... But that's something I observed out of my experiences.

Emotional handicap:

With the brain being locked in an emotional trap, girls usually end up taking decisions purely out of their heart which in most cases will not be correct. Ironically, even after realizing that they made a mistake, it is next to impossible for them to correct that.

Hypocrisy when it comes to guys:

Girls enjoy guys falling for them but many do not want to reveal that. A beautiful girl almost always confirms that the guys around her are interested in her through unnoticeable gestures. Guys however strong just start shaking at the sight of a beautiful girl staring at them and get caught. But a girl never reveals anything more than a smile at the corner of her lips... Gets hard for the guys to assess her pulse.

The secret to a healthy body

The secret to a healthy body is simple and actually not too difficult, but all the same it does take daily discipline. In addition, it doesn’t need to cost you a lot of money. There are five areas of focus that will keep your body in shape, healthy, flexible, and strong. This article will outline the 5 areas to work on and will include a sample weekly workout regimen that you can start using today.

1. Aerobic Exercise. The simplest way to meet this need is walking. Walking is the one of the best exercises for your body. The wear and tear on your joints is lower than jogging. Be sure to start off slower to warm up and increase speed slowly after about 3-5 minutes. To increase the intensity, simply lengthen your stride a bit and speed up your pace. The other strategy for increasing intensity is to increase your speed for short bursts of time. (see workout below) If you prefer, jogging is also good if it doesn’t bother your knees. Just know that walking is just as good if you go fast enough. No big investment needed. All you need is your sneakers, and maybe not even that if you walk on the beach. 30 minutes per day every day has been shown to be the optimal amount of exercise. If you don’t have time all at once, the same benefits are derived even if you break it up into 3 X 10 minute or 2 X 15 minute sessions.

2. Stretching. An important age marker is your level of flexibility. Yoga is a terrific way to keep your body flexible. If you don’t have time for a full yoga session, try to make sure you do 5 minutes of stretching each day after your aerobic exercise. To ensure you get most areas of your body, try a sun salutation, some seated twists, and a hip opener.

3. Balancing. Balance, along with flexibility, is something that we lose with age. Practice this a little bit every day and you’ll be less likely to lose it. Yoga, again, is another great way to build and maintain balance. There are several yoga poses you could use to increase balance. Try one each day. A simple one you can do is to stand on one leg and grab the foot of the other leg to stretch the hamstring in the front of the thigh. As you build your balance over time try to touch your toes with your other hand while maintaining balance. It is helpful to keep your eyes focused on one point. Do this for 15-60 seconds on each leg.

4. Strength Building. You can certainly join a gym and lift weights. But another less expensive option, which is just as good, is simply using the weight of your own body for resistance. The easiest way to do this is to do an hour of yoga a few times per week. A yoga class is great, but to save money, I recommend buying a few different yoga tapes and rotate them. Check out tapes from your local library first to see if you like them before buying, or go to Amazon and check out the reviews to find ones that are highly rated. If you don’t want to do yoga, you can do pilates or try the free online workout regimen prescribed by Dr. Roizen and Dr. Oz of “YOU: The Owner’s Manual.”

5. Deep Breathing. This is very important and here’s why. Your lymph system relies on the contraction of muscles and breathing to move the fluids of the lymph system around the body. Why is this so important? The lymph system “has three interrelated functions:  removal of excess fluids from body tissues, absorption of fatty acids and subsequent transport of fat, as chyle, to the circulatory system and,  production of immune cells.” So, how do you get your daily dose? Aerobic exercise, yoga, and/or try The Deep Breathing Exercise 2-3 times per day.

Unsaid things about boys

Things Guys Want Girls To Know which otherwise remains unsaid and sometimes becomes difficult for them to bring it out. So here you can get a glimpse over the details that these guys want their girl friends to know which they would otherwise never bother to or be able to tell. Never argue with the boys when they call you beautiful. Because occasionally they would come out with these compliments and never lose the chance. Don't treat boys like crap, what goes around comes around. So try to explain them rather than scolding them.

The boys know that the girls are pretty, that's one of the reason's they are going out with girls. So don't have to always wait for them to give compliments and continue to be nagging and make them angry. Never should a girl go into detail about your period. It scares them. Atleast not before the marriage. After marriage it is alright but not before that. They would never want to know the details of it every month. If girls have cramps and guys ask you what's wrong, just tell these boys it's that time of the month and nothing more.

If the girls really liked these boys as they are then they would let the boys think that their mustache, beard, or sideburns looked cool on them and never complain about it to them. Because they might have replies that would sound harsh. These boys will never shave their legs. So it is better for girls to get over it and be happy with however they are. NEVER ask boys if they can put makeup on their face . It's just wrong on the part of girls to expect such a thing from them. Don't make bets about boys, it is dangerous to prich their ego and make them conscious. When boys tell girls that they are not fat, believe them and never argue with them on these matters as they are right judge of it all. These boys absolutely do not care about the Backstreet Boys, or what any other guy looks like for that matter never pester them to look like someone else and wear clothes like others. They prefer to be themselves.

Whenever the girls are wrong they should apologise to the boys and not just neglect the whole issue as if nothing has happened. The girls expect them to say and do sweet things for them, but it would be nice if you did the same every once in a while. We like to know that you love us and always demand form us. They can't always be spontaneous, so try to help them make the plans. Don't ask the boys to beat up another guy for you, cause you might get what you wish for. Never kick the boys in the nuts just to see what they would say. That really seems nasty. Never pretend that you are going to break up with the boy that you are moving around with . Pamela Anderson's boobs aren't fake anymore, as boys love her and never like her to be criticized but they like their girl friends boobs better anyway.

Size and shape of a girl doesn't matter, except to idiots who don't want a relationship. If the girls want boys to put the seat down when we're done, the girls should put it up when they are done. Don't tell the boys how cute your ex-boyfriend was. That doesn't turn them on rather they get irrigated. And always remember: The way to a guys heart is through his stomach, so take care of his food and start learning to cook as it is easy to keep your man happy only by this method. Never ask boys to kiss other guys. You might be that comfortable with your friends as girls can easily do that, but to them it's just wrong. The boys know that the girls are not always right, but we'll pretend like you are anyway okay and try to neglect the matter so always take care of the issues as the boys try to be very patient and considerate enough so never try their patience.

How to shape eyebrows

Hold a straight edge, such as an eyebrow pencil or a ruler, vertically in front of your face. Line it up so that it touches the outermost of your nose and the inside of your eye. This line will determine where your eyebrow should start. Mark that spot with an eyebrow pencil. Repeat for the other eye.


Angle the straight edge so that it lines up with the outermost edge of your nose and the outermost edge of your iris. It's very important that you look straight ahead--both your face and your eyes should be looking directly forward at the mirror. Wherever the line intersects your eyebrow is where the peak of your arch should begin at the top border of the eyebrow. Mark that spot with your eyebrow pencil. Repeat for the other eye.


Angle the straight edge further so that it touches the outermost edge of your nose and also passes along the outermost edge of your eye (not your eyelashes, if you have long ones that extend beyond the edge of your eye, you lucky thing). This tells you where the eyebrow should end. Mark this point with your eyebrow pencil. Repeat with the other eye.

• Whatever shape you choose, make sure both eyebrows are symmetrical.
